Protesta ristoratori – La notizia della class action dei ristoratori contro il Governo per i danni causati dal lockdown e non solo. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia sul coronavirus tutte le ultime news di politica aggiornate dal mondo 24 ore su 24.
Mentre tiene banco la questione delle riaperture dei ristoranti la sera nelle zone gialle, sulla quale è partito il confronto politico e anche Nardella ha preso posizione per il sì, i ristoratori di Tni – Tutela Nazionale Imprese-Ristoratori Toscana, da lunedì in presidio a oltranza in piazza Montecitorio a Roma, annunciano un’azione collettiva contro il Governo per i danni causati dal lockdown, e anche “per opporsi alle decisioni che limitano la libertà di impresa, decisioni messe in atto tramite i Dpcm”.
L’azione legale collettiva, spiegano, è stata notificata lunedì 22 febbraio, ed è promossa da circa 100 titolari di ristoratori, bar, pizzerie ed esercizi di somministrazione, per chiedere un accertamento del diritto di ottenere un risarcimento, tenendo conto della riduzione del fatturato, dei costi variabili e fissi, del danno da perdita di clientela e da perdita del valore aziendale nel suo complesso. Danni, si precisa, “dovuti all’impossibilità di esercitare l’attività per effetto dei provvedimenti normativi che si sono susseguiti nel corso di tutta la pandemia”.
Protesta ristoratori: “Briciole fino a ora”
Le parti che hanno promosso il giudizio, spiegano i legali del gruppo, gli avvocati Gaetano Viciconte e Fabio Cappelletti, entrambi del foro di Firenze, “contestano la mancata attribuzione di un risarcimento o comunque di un congruo indennizzo in conseguenza del pregiudizio economico derivante dalle pesanti limitazioni subite nell’esercizio delle proprie attività imprenditoriali. Pertanto, evidenziano nel giudizio la palese inadeguatezza dei cosiddetti ristori, rivendicando il diritto alla conservazione dell’integrità delle loro aziende”.
Gli aiuti, aggiunge il portavoce Pasquale Naccari, sono stati “briciole fino a ora. Coprono al massimo il 4% del fatturato mensile. Siamo stanchi delle promesse, vogliamo fatti. Non ce ne andremo da piazza Montecitorio fino a che non partirà il primo bonifico del bonus filiera e avremo la certezza dei ristori”.
Prosegue infatti il presidio. Ieri sera la delegazione di ristoratori ha incontrato il capo politico del M5s, Vito Crimi, mentre stamani è stata la volta del presidente del gruppo della Lega alla Camera, Riccardo Molinari. Previsto un incontro con la delegazione dei deputati di Fratelli d’Italia.
