Frustrazione, equivoci, esasperazione, paura: un mix di elementi che rendono a volte drammatica, anche dal punto di vista della tenuta psicologica, la situazione nelle famiglie che sono alle prese con restrizioni causa Covid-19. Dalla quarantena domiciliare, alla vera e propria malattia fino a, più semplicemente, lo stress della didattica a distanza per gli studenti o lo smartworking continuativo per lavoratori.
Ed è una storia di queste, quella accaduta a Salerno, dove una mamma ha interrotto platealmente e bruscamente la lezione in Dad della figlia che frequenta la scuola elementare, mettendo in allarme la maestra. Quest’ultima, preoccupata dal gesto repentino della donna, ha lanciato l’allarme e chiamato i carabinieri.

Quando i militari sono intervenuti, dopo la segnalazione della docente al 112, si sono trovati davanti una situazione molto delicata e particolare: la mamma e la figlia sono risultate entrambe registrate come positive al Sars-Cov-2. I carabinieri della Sezione Radiomobile si sono recati nell’abitazione insieme a medici e infermieri ma la signora si è opposta all’ingresso del 118 che voleva verificare le condizioni di salute sue e della bimba. E così, si è reso necessario l’intervento dei vigili del fuoco per rompere la porta e accedere. Prima di arrivare a tutto ciò, è stato però risolutivo l’intervento di un carabiniere-negoziatore il quale, dopo circa due ore di colloquio da dietro la porta, è riuscito a convincere la donna ad aprire e fare accedere i medici.
Dopo un altro breve periodo di colloquio per acquietare gli animi, il carabiniere è riuscito anche a persuadere la donna a farsi visitare dal medico: alla fine si è scoperto che la povera signora era tra le altre cose anche in parziale stato confusionale a causa dell’errato uso dei cortisonici impiegati per le cure anti-Covid.
I carabinieri hanno anche rintracciato e fatto rincasare l’ex compagno della donna, anch’egli positivo Covid, che è rimasto nell’abitazione fino a quando la situazione si è normalizzata.
