Una storia che per certi versi ricorda quella del pestaggio a Willy Monteiro Duarte. Ma stavolta non si tratta dei fratelli Bianchi. E, per ora, non si parla di carcere.
Vanno agli arresti domiciliari Lorenzo Farina e Christian Marozza. I due giovani accusati del pestaggio di un 17enne avvenuto a Colleferro sabato scorso. Lo ha deciso il gip di Velletri che non ha convalidato il fermo ma ha emesso una ordinanza di custodia cautelare agli arresti domiciliari.
“Nel corso dell’udienza di convalida entrambi gli indagati hanno in sostanza ammesso gli addebiti ed hanno confermato di essersi cambiati i vestiti dopo i fatti“.
Lo afferma il gip di Velletri, Ilaria Tarantino, nell’ordinanza con cui ha disposto i domiciliari, i due giovani accusati del pestaggio di un 17enne avvenuto a Colleferro sabato scorso.
“Farina ha dichiarato – scrive il gip – che già in precedenza, circa un mese fa, vi era stata una discussione con dei ragazzi di Segni, in particolare con un amico del 17enne del quale non si ricordava il nome, per gli “sguardi” a loro rivolti”.

Dal canto suo anche Marozza, nell’ambito di interrogatorio, ha “confermato che vi era già stata in precedenza una discussione – scrive il gip – con gli amici del giovane, pur non ricordando le motivazioni di tale lite. Sabato pomeriggio Farina si era avvicinato ai ragazzi di Segni e all’improvviso il 17enne aveva dato in escandescenza senza motivo. Lui lo aveva invitato a calmarsi spiegandogli che era loro intenzione chiarire pacificamente la questione. A quel punto Farina lo aveva colpito con un pugno”. Marozza “ha negato di aver intimato alla vittima e a suoi amici di non venire a Colleferro e da ultimo ha dichiarato di essere profondamento pentito dell’accaduto”.
“Esiste il pericolo, concreto ed attuale – afferma il gip – che gli indagati commettono altri delitti della stessa specie e segnatamente che, ove non sottoposti a misure, possono perseverare nella realizzazione di gravi delitti con violenza alla persona”.
“Ciò emerge – scrive il gip – dalle specifiche modalità e circostanze del fatto e dalla personalità di indagati, desunta dalla condotta degli stessi tenuto in occasione dei fatti per cui si procede in occasione delle pregresse liti avvenute sempre per i medesimi futili motivi. Gli indagati non hanno esitato ad aggredire la vittima colpendola con un pugno sul volto e facendola rovinare per terra e facendole sbattere la testa e ed hanno poi infierito colpendola con un calcio in pieno viso mentre era per terra, ponendo in pericolo la sua integrità fisica. Il tutto per banali motivi”. Per il giudice “va osservato che gli indagati, seppure formalmente incensurati, non sono nuovi ad episodi del genere, essendo già stati coinvolti in analoghe vicende, sempre ai danni del 17enne, dei suoi amici e di altri giovani del luogo”.
