Lapo Elkann ha ricevuto minacce di morte e insulti fascisti dopo un tweet in cui, durante una puntata della trasmissione Report, diceva tra l’altro che per i gruppi fascisti “vanno sciolti”: “E’ tempo di sciogliere tutte le organizzazioni fasciste ed estremiste subito. Vergogna.

“Lunedì sera guardando Report su Rai3 ho fatto un tweet per dire che i gruppi fascisti vanno sciolti e lo ribadisco – spiega Elkann – Fin da subito ho iniziato a ricevere qui minacce di morte e insulti fascisti. I miei legali nelle prossime ore sporgeranno denuncia alla autorità giudiziaria“.
L’imprenditore ha anche postato su twitter le foto di alcune delle risposte ricevute fra cui “Io scioglierei te… Nell’acido“, “Traditore infame per te solo lame” e “A piazza Borromeo facciamo tirassegno con l’ebreo”.

Un altro tweet di Elkann che ha suscitato le ire di razzisti e fascisti si riferiva all’omicidio di Willy Monteiro, il giovane calciatore ammazzato di botte da un gruppo di balordi per aver difeso un amico: “Solo un immigrato, scimpanzé”. “Per Willy Monteiro dobbiamo far sentire la nostra voce. In Italia non c’è spazio per razzisti e fascisti. Qualcuno da tempo soffia sul disagio e strizza l’occhio ai più violenti. Parlo a voi leader, siate uomini, fermatevi”.

Subito prima del tweet che ha scatenato minacce e insulti, Lapo aveva anche espresso il suo cordoglio per la morte di Lidia Menapace: “Mi addolora la scomparsa di Lidia Menapace, partigiana che ha contributo alla Libertà del nostro Paese. Numerose le donne che dalla sconfitta del nazifascismo alla nascita della Repubblica hanno reso l’Italia un posto migliore. Non dimentichiamole”.
