Francesca lotta contro il tumore a 26 anni. E’ la storia di Francesca Di Lorenzo, ragazza palermitana di 26 anni che dopo tre interventi chirurgici è ancora in lotta contro questo brutto male. Per provare a salvarle la vita è necessario un delicatissimo intervento in Germania ad Hannover. Intervento che però costa circa 80 mila euro.
Così il fidanzato di Francesca Di Lorenzo, palermitana di 26 anni, ha lanciato una raccolta fondi su GoFoundMe per aiutarla. “Nonostante i tre interventi chirurgici, che hanno inevitabilmente segnato il suo fisico e il suo stato d’animo e dopo le tante cure alla quale si è dovuta sottoporre, il tumore è ancora presente e cresce rapidamente”.

L’ultima speranza per provare a salvarle la vita è volare in Germania. In una clinica di Hannover, i primi di dicembre, la ragazza sarà sottoposta ad un altro delicatissimo intervento. “Il solo intervento però ha un costo di 80 mila euro e a questo bisognerà aggiungere le spese delle cure necessarie e sono cifre purtroppo che da soli non possiamo sostenere, per questo abbiamo bisogno del vostro supporto, anche un piccolo gesto che possa contribuire a questa iniziativa e salvare Francesca. Ci auguriamo di lasciarci questo incubo alla spalle”.
In meno di 24 ore sono già stati raccolti oltre 21 mila euro, con donazioni da tutto il mondo per Franceca. Anche una piccola donazione di pochi euro o una semplice condivisione della notizia sulla raccolta fondi può essere fondamentale alla causa.
A PalermoToday è poi intervenuta anche la cugina di Francesca, Gloria Valguarnera, che racconta cosa sta accadendo a Francesca: “Mia cugina è una ragazza meravigliosa a cui vogliamo un bene immenso. Purtroppo combatte da quando aveva solo 23 anni contro un tumore al cervello. L’ultima chance per salvarle la vita è quest’operazione. Vi chiedo per favore di darci un aiuto, noi continuiamo a pregare e a sperare in un miracolo”.
