Clara Ceccarelli, la commerciante uccisa nel suo negozio in centro a Genova dall’ex compagno, aveva avuto un presagio di quanto le sarebbe capitato. E due settimane fa, secondo quanto raccontato dal commesso che ogni tanto la aiutava, la donna si era pagata il funerale per evitare di pesare sull’anziano padre e sul figlio disabile. L’uomo, Renato Scapusi, 59 anni, disoccupato e ludopatico, ha confessato: “Sono andato nel negozio e abbiamo iniziato a discutere. Volevo tornare insieme, ma lei non voleva e così l’ho colpita”, ha detto agli investigatori.
Non è ancora stata trovata l’arma del delitto
Il pubblico ministero Giovanni Arena ha contestato all’uomo l’omicidio volontario aggravato. Non è escluso che l’accusa possa aggravarsi e che possa essere contestata la premeditazione. Scapusi, difeso d’ufficio dall’avvocato Stefano Bertone, è arrivato in negozio con un coltello che poi ha buttato mentre scappava e che non è stato ancora trovato. L’uomo verrà sottoposto a perizia psichiatrica: l’incarico verrà affidato al medico Gabriele Rocca. Nei prossimi giorni verrà fissata la convalida del fermo. “Non abbiamo sfortunatamente sentito nulla, altrimenti saremmo intervenuti. Renato ha aspettato che venisse sera e che se ne andasse il ragazzo dal negozio”, ha detto una delle commercianti vicine di negozio.
La donna aveva denunciato l’ex fidanzato
Renato Scapusi aveva iniziato a perseguitare Clara Ceccarelli subito dopo la fine della loro relazione, un anno fa. Telefonate, dispetti alle vetrine del negozio, piccoli danneggiamenti. Lei aveva denunciato solo una volta un danneggiamento e aveva detto di avere dei sospetti sull’ex. La denuncia era però stata archiviata. Nel pomeriggio di sabato 20 febbraio le attiviste di “Non una di meno” e del centro antiviolenza “Mascherona” hanno manifestato proprio in via Colombo, davanti al luogo dove è avvenuta la tragedia. Duecento persone hanno portato fiori e messaggi per Clara. “Basta chiamarlo raptus, basta chiamarlo delitto passionale” riportava uno striscione.
Il centro antiviolenza: “Già 13 vittime dall’inizio dell’anno”
Anche il sindaco del capoluogo ligure, Marco Bucci, e il presidente della Regione Giovanni Toti hanno rimarcato la vicinanza ai familiari della vittima e condannato il gesto. “Siamo sconvolte per quello che è successo a pochi passi da noi – ha detto Manuela Caccioni, responsabile del centro antiviolenza Mascherona – ma non siamo stupite. Sono già 13 le donne uccise nel nostro Paese da inizio anno. L’uccisione di Clara è un’ulteriore triste conferma di un fenomeno purtroppo sempre attuale e diffuso e che ci obbliga ancora una volta a una riflessione e ad una assunzione collettiva di responsabilità”.
