“Da quello che sto vedendo in queste ore manca la coerenza a livello decisionale. I provvedimenti con i vari colori nelle regioni (rosse, arancioni e gialle) avevano un razionale scientifico basato sui 21 indicatori. E nel Dpcm si parlava di interventi anche più restrittivi a livello locale. Quest’ultima cosa è importante perché nel Paese ci sono aree di alcune regioni, penso al Veneto e al Friuli-Venezia Giulia, che avrebbero bisogno di interventi restrittivi da subito e non nei festivi e prefestivi. A mio parere è inutile chiedere di fare una enorme zona rossa del Paese dove ci sono tante aree che hanno Rt a 0.7 o 0.6 e poi non intervenire con provvedimenti ancora più drastici dove l’Rt è più alto o dove gli ospedali stanno scoppiando. In alcune aree le cose vanno male e i provvedimenti andavano presi gia da tempo. C’è poca coerenza… Le Regioni dovrebbero intervenire con i sindaci e individuare a livello locale le zone dove è necessario chiudere senza bisogno di aspettare il 24. In alcune situazioni locali e’ urgente intervenire presto, in altre no”.
