E’ morto in Costa d’Avorio Willy Braciano Ta Bi, 21enne ex calciatore centrocampista di Atalanta e Pescara. Da tempo lottava contro un tumore al fegato. Vano anche il supporto della Federazione ivoriana, che si era attivata per raccogliere fondi e aiutarlo a sostenere le spese.
Vincitore dello scudetto primavera nel 2019 con la maglia dei bergamaschi, nei mesi scorsi aveva chiuso il proprio rapporto con la società orobica per fare ritorno in in Costa d’Avorio, dove ha trascorso gli ultimi momenti della sua vita.
Arrivato a Bergamo nel 2019 dalla società ivoriana ASEC Mimosas, aveva fatto vedere le proprie qualità disputando 9 match e segnando 3 gol con la Primavera.
In finale si laureò campione d’Italia grazie al successo per 1-0 contro l’Inter. Per lui anche una breve esperienza in prestito a Pescara, ma proprio in Abruzzo le prime complicazioni della malattia gli impedirono di proseguire la carriera.
