Il Covid uccide. Questo si sa. E purtroppo stamattina ha fatto scendere le lacrime sul viso di Francesco Totti per la scomparsa di suo padre, Enzo. Aveva spento lo scorso maggio 76 candeline ed oggi, lunedì 12 ottobre 2020, è deceduto all’Ospedale Lazzaro Spallanzani a causa del Covid-19.
LUTTO TOTTI – Saranno state decisive, come nella maggior parte dei decessi per mano del coronavirus, le patologie croniche regresse: qualche anno fa Enzo, detto “Lo sceriffo”, era stato infatti colpito da un infarto, che lo aveva tenuto lontano dalle trasferte per seguire il figlio Francesco in giro per l’Italia.
Totti ha sempre raccontato questo aneddoto legato a suo padre: “Non mi ha mai fatto i complimenti. Quando facevo 2 gol mi diceva che dovevo farne 4. Fino all’ultimo giorno non mi ha mai detto niente. E forse è stata questa la mia fortuna”.
