Ha parlato in diretta oggi, mercoledì 7 ottobre 2020, il Premier, Giuseppe Conte, per spiegare agli italiani alcune decisioni sul nuovo decreto Covid approvato oggi.
Conte ha risposto alle domande dei giornalisti.
Quella che più di tutte ha rilevato interesse è stata sulla situazione “casa” e “famiglia”. Come comportarsi?
“Nei rapporti familiari lo Stato non può entrare. Ritengo sacrosanta l’espressione del principio per cui lo Stato, se non quando proprio necessario, non entra nelle case private anche perché non avrebbe molto senso per norme che non potrebbero essere applicate“, ha detto il Presidente del Consiglio.
“Perciò faccio una forte raccomandazione, attenzione anche in famiglia“, ha continuato Conte.
“Se ci sono persone che non sono nostri familiari stretti… con gli amici ma anche con familiari che magari vivono più lontano, dall’altra parte della città, la mascherina deve essere utilizzata anche tra le mura domestiche“.
“Proprio nelle mura domestiche, infatti, avvengono maggiormente i contagi“.
“Vogliamo essere più rigorosi per evitare nuove misure restrittive per le attività produttive“, ha concluso il Premier.
Conte, poi, ha puntualizzato la questione mascherina all’aperto: “La mascherina va indossata e non solo portata”.
“Non possiamo più essere nell’ottica che uno vede una strada non affollata e si toglie o mette il dispositivo di protezione. Vogliamo essere più rigorosi perché vogliamo in tutti i modi evitare misure più restrittive per le attività produttive e sociali. Ecco perché non facciamo più distinzione tra luoghi pubblici e privati”.
Poi la precisazione sulle eccezioni: “I bambini di età inferiore a 6 anni, chi svolge attività sportiva, chi ha ragioni di salute, persone con disabilità o che hanno difficoltà respiratorie sono esentati dall’obbligo della mascherina all’aperto”.
“Tutte le nostre decisioni vengono prese nella massima trasparenza, come ha anche ribadito il ministro Speranza“, ha poi concluso Giuseppe Conte.
