Bonus Natale – Spunta una nuova idea del Premier Conte in merito ai bonus da erogare ai lavoratori in cassa integrazione. A riportarlo è l’edizione online di Repubblica in questo articolo:
“Lo scostamento di bilancio per 8 miliardi spiana la strada al Ristori 4 con il semestre bianco fiscale che potrebbe durare fino ad aprile. E’ probabile che il via libera del Consiglio dei ministri arrivi domenica sera, limite ultimo per fermare la scadenza delle tasse di fine mese (il 30 novembre che tuttavia cade di sabato e dunque slitta a lunedì 2 dicembre)”.
“Tra gli ultimi nodi l’idea lanciata da Conte di una “Cig di Natale”, un bonus da 500 euro per i lavoratori in cassa integrazione, che ancora divide la maggioranza. Il ministro dell’Economia Gualtieri frenerebbe su una misura che andrebbe ai dipendenti in Cig per più di 8 settimane e costerebbe attorno a 1,6 miliardi”.
“Oltre al rinvio di Irpef, Ires e versamento Iva si prevede anche il rinvio delle date della rottamazione. Sarà il meccanismo tuttavia innovativo: rispetto ai primi tre decreti Ristori non beneficeranno della tregua sulle tasse solo le zone rosse e arancioni ma tutti color che hanno avuto una perdita di un terzo del fatturato”.
“Mentre a gennaio si sta studiando un Ristori 5 con una detrazione speciale Irpef commisurata, a consuntivo, con le perdite delle categorie. Infine la novità, voluta dal centrodestra: nel Ristori 4 ci sarà spazio, come avvenne a maggio, anche per i professioni, dagli avvocati agli architetti”.
