Roberto Formigoni tornerà a prendere il vitalizio. La commissione contenziosa del Senato ha annullato infatti la delibera che prevedeva la sospensione del trattamento in base alle sue condanne. È quanto si apprende da fonti interne alla commissione. L’ex governatore della Lombardia aveva infatti presentato un ricorso contro l’annullamento del vitalizio maturato come senatore.
“Ho visto la decisione. Ho fatto bene a fare ricorso perché ho ottenuto una misura di giustizia non solo per me ma per tanti altri cittadini”, ha detto l’ex presidente della Regione Lombardia.
Di segno opposto la reazione del M5s: “Attendiamo di leggere le motivazioni della sentenza emessa dalla Commissione Contenziosa del Senato, ma vedere riconosciuto il privilegio del vitalizio a un condannato come Formigoni rimane una vergogna. – hanno affermato in una nota senatori e senatrici del Movimento -. La delibera votata nel 2015 dal Consiglio di Presidenza, la cosiddetta delibera Grasso, stabilisce che il vitalizio debba essere negato a chi viene condannato in via definitiva per reati gravi. È una misura doverosa che qualsiasi cittadino italiano approverebbe e che anzi per il MoVimento 5 Stelle poteva essere ancora più severa. È sconfortante assistere a questa restaurazione, proprio mentre tutto il Paese affronta una durissima crisi sanitaria, economica e sociale”.
