Christian Solinas ci riprova: dopo la campagna mediatica dello scorso anno su una stagione turistica sarda “Covid free”, ripropone l’idea di un passaporto sanitario per sbarcare sull’isola.
“Chi entra in Sardegna dovrà presentare un certificato di negatività al Covid o di avvenuta vaccinazione: il sistema dei controlli partirà prima dell’inizio dell’estate”, ha detto in un’intervista al quotidiano l’Unione sarda il presidente della Regione Sardegna.
Secondo Solinas, è prioritario attestare la non pericolosità di chi arriva nell’isola e chi sbarcherà in Sardegna dovrà esibire in porti e aeroporti documenti che attestino la non positività al virus.
L’idea non è nuova. Già la scorsa primavera Solinas aveva firmato varie ordinanze per obbligare chi sbarcava in Sardegna a esibire l’esito di un test antigenico o di un tampone.
Ne era nata una sfida giudiziaria, con il governo che impugnava le ordinanze, la Regione che veniva puntualmente sconfitta e l’opposizione in Consiglio che accusava Solinas di fare soltanto campagna mediatica senza affrontare l’emergenza sanitaria. Per altro, anche nei pochi giorni in cui le ordinanze sono rimaste in vigore, i controlli non ci sono stati e spesso i viaggiatori non hanno fatto altro che depositare fogli firmati in scatole collocate in porti e aeroporti. E quando la Sardegna, a partire da fine agosto, era stata tra le prime regioni a registrare un aumento di casi, dopo il “liberi tutti” dato con l’apertura delle discoteche (sulla questione la procura di Cagliari ha aperto un fasciolo per epidemia colposa) , il sistema del tracciamento si era rivelato del tutto inefficace.
L’annuncio di Solinas
Solinas annuncia comunque provvedimenti a breve. “La misura sarà rinnovata – dice – e rafforzata. La situazione epidemiologica è in miglioramento, stiamo portando avanti gli screening di massa e le vaccinazioni, ci sono le condizioni per riuscire da questo incubo”. Ma, sottolinea Solinas, “allo stesso tempo dobbiamo difenderci in ogni modo dalle varianti del virus” per cui “è necessario un modello di tutela della salute dei sardi e delle attività economiche costruito sulle certificazioni sanitarie”.
Ieri l’Unità di crisi regionale ha rilevato 83 nuovi contagi, con un tasso di positività del 3,5%. Resta però importante la pressione sulle strutture sanitarie, con 320 i pazienti ricoverati in reparti non intensivi e 27 (-1) in terapia intensiva, oltre a 13.655 persone in isolamento domiciliare. La campagna di vaccinazione è ancora in via di definizione. La data prevista (ma non confermata) per l’avvio dell’immunizzazione degli over 80 è indicata per mercoledì prossimo, 17 febbraio.
Il commento di Federalberghi
L’annuncio di Solinas del passaporto sanitario è stato commentato dal presidente regionale di Federaberghi, Paolo Manca: “Auspichiamo che le regole di spostamento tra Regioni siano definite a carattere nazionale – ha detto Manca – non vorremmo trovarci nella sfortunata ipotesi che la Sardegna sia l’unica ad avere controlli all’ingresso”.
“Piuttosto la Regione si metta subito all’opera per dare ai turisti certezze sul potenziamento del sistema sanitario e sulla chiarezza delle regole per la stagione 2021 – ha aggiunto – sarebbe bene, infatti, evitare dichiarazioni che, senza adeguata informazione e concertazione con gli operatori, potrebbero compromettere la prossima stagione entro febbraio, anche visto il caos mediatico che si è scatenato lo scorso anno con la richiesta di test obbligatori all’arrivo in Sardegna”.
