“Io credo che per alcune categorie debba esserci l’obbligo vaccinale, per il resto immagino che dopo quello che si è passato in tutti questi mesi la richiesta della vaccinazione sarà estremamente alta“.
Pierpaolo Sileri, viceministro della Salute, nel suo intervento al III Forum Sostenibilità di Fortune Italia, si esprime così sull’ipotesi di rendere obbligatorio in alcuni casi il vaccino contro il coronavirus. “Poi monitoreremo la richiesta del vaccino ma al momento non credo sarà necessario un obbligo per tutta la popolazione. Quello che interessa maggiormente in questo momento è che lo faccia la popolazione più fragile”.
Sui tempi “dobbiamo aspettare l’ente certificatore che dia l’ok, poi che i vaccini arrivino e arriveranno in maniera scaglionata; il nostro piano, che è in mano ad un gruppo di lavoro qui al ministero, ha già fornito i dati al commissario Arcuri che sarà l’esecutore del piano: sono state già comunicate alle Regioni le necessità del numero di centri di stoccaggio, di vaccinazione, ci sarà un centro ogni 20mila abitanti”. Chi inizierà a fare il vaccino? “Innanzitutto gli anziani e la popolazione che lavora in ambito sanitario”, spiega.
