Questo quello che scrive Vittorio Sgarbi in un post su Facebook, anche stavolta polemico nei confronti di Conte ed il suo DPCM.
Quest’ultimo ha condiviso un post del suo ufficio stampa che ufficializza la sua decisione atipica rispetto al DPCM.
Ecco quanto si legge nel post su Facebook:
Covid – Sgarbi a Sutri “ordina” la chiusura dei ristoranti alle 22,00.Bar e pasticcerie alle 20,00
ROMA – A Sutri, comune della Tuscia cui è sindaco Vittorio Sgarbi, i ristoranti potranno restare aperti fino alle 22,00; mentre bar e pasticcerie fino alle 20,00.Il tutto nei pieno rispetto delle norme vigenti. La decisione dello storico e critico d’arte ripropone, nello specifico, quanto già deciso dalla Provincia autonoma di Trento.
“Ho deciso – spiega Sgarbi – nell’ambito delle ulteriori misure urgenti per la prevenzione e gestione della emergenza epidemiologica da covid 2019, di condividere la linea rigorosa del Presidente della Provincia di Trento anche in riferimento agli articoli 4 e 5 della legge costituzionale del 18 ottobre 2001, emanando una ordinanza corrispondente a quella dell’articolo 40 e 41 dell’ordinanza presidenziale, dando queste indicazioni:
40) le attività degli esercizi di ristorazione sono consentite dalle ore 5.00 fino alle ore 20.00 per i bar, le gelaterie e le pasticcerie e fino alle ore 22.00 per i ristoranti. Il consumo al tavolo è consentito per un massimo di 4 persone, salvo che siano tutti conviventi;
41) dalle ore 18.00 la consumazione di pasti e bevande è consentita solo al tavolo con assegnazione di posti a sedere; L’ordinanza sindacale non si discosta dal comma 2 dell’articolo 12 del dpcm del 24 ottobre.
