Intervista Azzolina oggi. Le parole di Lucia Azzolina, Ministro dell’Istruzione, ai microfoni di Che Tempo Che Fa su Rai 3 da Fabio Fazio:
“Noi paghiamo il fatto che nella scuola si sia disinvestito per tantissimo tempo. Ma questa estate abbiamo investito molto. 660 milioni di euro con cui abbiamo aperto 12 mila cantieri, per avere circa 40 mila aule in più. Aule allargate, aule inagibili trasformate in aule utilizzabili. Questa è soltanto una piccola parte di ciò che è stato fatto. A scuola ci siamo preparati per tutta l’estate per questa seconda ondata.
Fazio sottolinea un aspetto alla Azzolina: “Non ha alcun senso avere una scuola perfetta con igienizzanti, distanze e mascherine, quando poi per andare a scuola si sale su un pullman affollatissimo o una metropolitana affollatissima”.
La Azzolina risponde: “Il Governo ha dato 300 milioni di euro per i trasporti, so che c’è un problema in questo campo. I nostri studenti dei licei hanno il diritto di poter studiare in presenza”.
Fazio: “Perché non misurare la febbre ai bambini?”
Azzolina: “Noi parliamo quotidianamente con l’Istituto Superiore della Sanità, la scuola non ha affatto colpito nell’aumento dei contagi. Spero che De Luca possa riaprire al più presto per gli studenti del primo ciclo in Campania, non devono essere discriminati. In una regione dove già abbiamo una enorme dispersione scolastica”.
Azzolina: “Io chiedo test rapidi nelle scuole già da agosto, perché serve celerità”.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old
daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
