Il presidente della Regione Emilia-Romagna, Stefano Bonaccini, risulta indagato in un fascicolo per abuso d’ufficio, aperto dalla Procura di Ferrara sulla vicenda delle presunte pressioni denunciate un anno fa, con un esposto, dal sindaco di Jolanda di Savoia, Paolo Pezzolato, a cui era allegato l’audio di una telefonata tra i due.
Bonaccini Jolanda di Savoia, le parole del governatore emiliano: “Sono totalmente estraneo ai fatti”
“Sono tranquillo, esattamente come le ero un anno fa. Non solo perché ho fiducia nell’azione della magistratura, ma anche perché sono totalmente estraneo ai fatti riportati. Peraltro della trasparenza e dell’onestà ne ho fatto le bandiere del mio impegno politico amministrativo, come sa bene chi mi conosce”, ha scritto Bonaccini, sulla sua pagina Facebook, commentando la sua iscrizione nel registro degli indagati.
“Tengo sempre nettamente distinti il piano politico da quello istituzionale. Su questo, parla per me la mia storia: non credo si possa non dico dimostrare, ma neppure sostenere che la Regione Emilia-Romagna abbia mai riservato un trattamento di sfavore al Comune di Iolanda di Savoia” aggiunge.
“Anche in questo caso – sottolinea – parlano i fatti, quelli passati come quelli presenti. Aggiungo anzi che i cittadini di Iolanda possono star certi che l’attenzione della Regione per i comuni delle aree interne – in questo caso quella del basso ferrarese – proseguirà e crescerà in questa legislatura. Perché il nostro impegno è colmare i divari territoriali, lavorando in stretta collaborazione con le comunità e le amministrazioni comunali. E questo a prescindere dal colore politico dei sindaci”.
“La vicenda sollevata dal sindaco di Iolanda in campagna elettorale un anno fa, a ben vedere, non riguarda né la Regione né il sottoscritto – aggiunge – ma i singoli rapporti tra i Comuni di quel territorio. Cosa su cui non mi compete né esprimermi né, men che meno, ingerire. E infatti non l’ho fatto in passato né lo farò in futuro”.
Secondo il legale, il professor Vittorio Manes, “non c’è stata nel modo più assoluto alcuna pressione, né irregolarità da parte del presidente Stefano Bonaccini. Da parte nostra c’è la massima tranquillità, non abbiamo alcuna ragione di preoccupazione”.
