Kim Jong Un dà un colpo di acceleratore al piano anti-Covid nel paese, adottando misure drastiche. Oltre a rafforzare la chiusura del paese rispetto all’esterno, ha sospeso praticamente gli scambi commerciali con la Cina. E avrebbe persino ordinato l’esecuzione di un funzionario doganale che non avrebbe gestito nel modo corretto dei beni importati.

Nel riportarlo, la Cnn ricorda che – stando a dati forniti da Pechino – le esportazioni cinesi in Corea del nord sono crollate. Il crollo sarebbe del 99% ad ottobre rispetto al mese precedente. Una mossa che se si confermasse sarebbe indizio della volontà del leader nordcoreano. Correre il rischio di tagliare i rifornimenti alimentari e di carburante al paese pur di non far entrare il virus.

Secondo quanto riportato infine da un parlamentare sudcoreano informato dei fatti da fonti dell’intelligence, Kim Jong Un avrebbe ordinato l’esecuzione di due persone per reati legati al virus. Uno di questi sarebbe stato proprio il funzionario delle dogane.
