Christina Ricci, indimenticabile Mercoledì de “La Famiglia Addams“, ha ottenuto un ordine restrittivo per violenze domestiche contro suo marito, James Heerdegen.
L’attrice è apparsa in tribunale pochi giorni fa, mostrando anche le immagini scioccanti dei lividi sulle mani, sui polsi e sulle braccia, per denunciare le ripetute percosse e minacce subite dal coniuge dal 2019 ad oggi con un aggravamento della situazione durante la quarantena.
La Ricci, che compirà 41 anni nel prossimo febbraio, è sposata con Heerdegen dal 2013 e con lui condivide un figlio, Freddie, di sei anni. Durante la sua deposizione l’attrice ha dichiarato che il marito avrebbe iniziato a picchiarla, sputandole addosso e deridendola con il verso di un maiale nel 2019. E che alla fine dello stesso anno, durante una discussione lui l’avrebbe minacciata di morte.
“Qualcosa che mi ha fatto pensare che avrebbe potuto uccidermi. Ha detto che l’unico modo in cui avrebbe potuto dispiacersi per me è se fossi stata smembrata in piccoli pezzi”, ha dichiarato Christina.
Episodi che l’hanno convinta a voler divorziare. Il blocco dovuto alla pandemia però ha purtroppo rallentato il processo per l’ottenimento del divorzio. Questo non ha fatto che peggiorare la situazione. Per cui, come ha affermato la star, si è trovata “intrappolata in una casa con un violento aggressore” per tutto il lockdown. Per la precisione sarebbero state due le aggressioni più violente, come racconta la Ricci, avvenute nel giugno 2020.
Durante la prima Heerdegen l’avrebbe inseguita per casa, cercando di impedirle di chiamare il 911, dopo una accesa discussione e nella seconda lui le avrebbe sputato addosso e lanciato contro un caffè e una sedia, trascinata per i polsi nel loro cortile e gettata a terra, lasciandola ferita e ammaccata, davanti agli occhi del figlio.
Durante l’udienza a Los Angeles, come riferisce TMZ, il tribunale ha ordinato a Heerdegen di rimanere ad almeno 100 metri da Ricci e dal figlio e non mantenere alcun contatto con loro.
Heerdegen, dal canto suo “nega inequivocabilmente tutte le accuse di abuso fatte dalla signora Ricci”, come ha dichiarato il suo avvocato Larry Bakman. E sua volta intende presentare un ordine restrittivo contro la moglie accusandola per “la sua condotta violenta alimentata da alcol e abuso di sostanze”.
