«Mi trovo ad essere accusata di aver evaso il Fisco, lo trovo profondamente ingiusto. Per me è una vergogna, ma non ho nessuna colpa».
Simona Ventura ha preso la parola in aula, nel corso del processo che la vede accusata di un’evasione fiscale da mezzo milione di euro.
«Non mi sono mai interessata di aspetti tributari – ha spiegato davanti al giudice Saba – di queste cose non ho mai capito un tubo, il mio errore probabilmente è stato dare fiducia ai professionisti che si occupavano di questi aspetti».
Secondo l’inchiesta della Guardia di finanza, tra il 2012 e il 2015 la conduttrice avrebbe fatto confluire parte dei suoi ricavi e addebitato parte dei costi a una società, la Ventidue srl, quando, invece, avrebbe dovuto computare sia le entrate che le uscite, nella sua dichiarazione dei redditi come persona fisica.
«Nel 1996 è stata creata una società (la Ventidue srl) – ha spiegato – per la cessione dello sfruttamento dei miei diritti di immagine. Ho sempre pensato che fosse assolutamente normale. Era prassi che parte dei miei compensi venissero contabilizzati sulla mia persona e parte sulla società. Questo negli ultimi anni ha creato una totale confusione, ma nessuno dei miei professionisti me lo ha mai detto. Ho sempre voluto pagare tutte le tasse. Così, per regolarizzare la mia posizione, ho deciso di pagare tutto il pregresso nei modi e nei termini indicati dai miei professionisti», ha concluso.
I suoi legali, gli avvocati Jacopo Pensa e Federico Papa, infatti, puntano a dimostrare che non si sia trattato di evasione, dovendo escludersi il dolo, ma al massimo di elusione (non punibile penalmente), perché Ventura avrebbe usato uno schema fiscale che le era stato proposto dai suoi consulenti.
