Zona rossa Perugia – Zona rossa da domani e fino al 21 febbraio nel territorio di tutti i comuni della Provincia di Perugia e nei comuni di Amelia, Attigliano, Calvi dell’Umbria, Lugnano in Teverina, Montegabbione e San Venanzo della Provincia di Terni. E’ quanto prevede un’ordinanza della Regione Umbria firmata ieri.
”Alla luce dell’aumento del numero di casi Covid in alcuni territori umbri, nonché l’accertata circolazione nel territorio regionale di due varianti del virus – si legge in una nota della Regione – la Sanità umbra, sentito il parere del Comitato tecnico scientifico regionale e nazionale e seguendo anche le indicazioni dell’Istituto Superiore di Sanità previste per questa tipologia di casi, ha delineato i provvedimenti inseriti, a seguito dell’interlocuzione con il ministro della Salute, in un’ordinanza che prevede da domani e fino a domenica 21 febbraio le misure restrittive per la Fascia Rossa, che riguarderanno tutti i Comuni della provincia di Perugia nonché Amelia, Attigliano, Calvi dell’Umbria, Lugnano in Teverina, Montegabbione, San Venanzo in provincia di Terni”.
”Per tutto il restante territorio regionale rimangono in vigore i provvedimenti previsti dal Dpcm del 14 gennaio per la Fascia Arancione già vigenti, ai quali si aggiungono due provvedimenti in ambito sportivo”, prosegue la Regione.
”L’ordinanza – spiega la Regione Umbria – oltre alle norme Dpcm della Fascia Rossa, prevede che nei comuni sopra specificati saranno sospesi tutti i servizi socioeducativi per la prima infanzia, fino a 36 mesi di età, pubblici e privati e i servizi educativi delle scuole dell’infanzia, statali e paritarie, mentre le classi delle scuole primarie, secondarie di primo e secondo grado, statali e paritarie, svolgeranno esclusivamente le lezioni con modalità a distanza (dad). Resta salva la possibilità di svolgere attività in presenza qualora sia necessario l’uso di laboratori o in ragione di mantenere una relazione educativa che realizzi l’effettiva inclusione scolastica degli alunni con disabilità e con bisogni educativi speciali”.

”Negli stessi comuni è disposto il divieto di consumazione di alimenti e bevande all’aperto nei luoghi pubblici ed aperti al pubblico, per l’intera giornata; il divieto di distribuzione di alimenti e bevande, mediante sistemi automatici (distributori automatici), che affacciano nelle pubbliche vie per l’intera giornata; il divieto di svolgimento delle attività sportive e ludiche di gruppo, nei parchi ed aree verdi, nonché il divieto di utilizzo delle aree gioco dei medesimi”, continua.
”Inoltre per le stesse zone – precisa la nota della Regione – non valgono le disposizioni dell’Ordinanza del 22 gennaio 2021 numero 7 di cui all’articolo 1, commi 3 e 4, ed agli articoli 4 e 5, in merito all’attività svolta dalle associazioni e circoli ricreativi e culturali. Infine, non sono consentite le attività venatorie”.
