Speranza avverte – “Il gran lavoro di questi giorni ora ci permette di ricominciare a correre con le vaccinazioni”. Sono queste le parole del ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza. Intervistato da La Stampa, sottolinea: “Con il decreto Sostegni mettiamo in campo oltre 150mila tra medici di famiglia, odontoiatri, pediatri, specializzandi e specialisti ambulatoriali. In più avremo 19mila farmacie dove ci si potrà vaccinare e fino a 270mila infermieri da coinvolgere nella campagna che, appena avremo più dosi, potrà accelerare l’uscita dall’emergenza”.
Poi annuncia che il sistema a colori per le regioni e la divisione in fasce di rischio rimarranno anche dopo il 6 aprile: “Credo sia la scelta più efficace a rendere le misure proporzionali alla differente situazione epidemiologica dei territori. Sarà confermata”.
Il ministro parla anche degli effetti della temporanea sospensione del vaccino di AstraZeneca sulla fiducia degli italiani. “Servirà ancora qualche giorno per capire come va, ma gli italiani sono consapevoli che il vaccino è l’arma più efficace per uscire da questa stagione così difficile”, dice.
Speranza avverte gli italiani sul sistema a zone
Se qualcuno dovesse rifiutare, aggiunge, “dobbiamo darlo immediatamente ad altri. Fuori dalle indicazioni delle autorità sanitarie non ha senso scegliere il vaccino perché sono tutti sicuri ed efficaci. E soprattutto sono tutti capaci di proteggere dalle forme gravi di malattia”.
Secondo Speranza, “la vicenda AstraZeneca va letta in un altro modo: massima attenzione anche verso eventi rarissimi”. Non è stata “un difetto di comunicazione, ma una scelta di massima attenzione alla tutela della sicurezza di tutti”.
Speranza si sofferma anche sulla questione dell’export dei vaccini. “L’Europa si è ispirata sempre al principio di solidarietà. Personalmente non credo che la guerra Paese contro altro Paese per gli acquisti avrebbe prodotto risultati migliori. In queste ore siamo i primi a chiedere alla Commissione Ue di essere rigorosa nel far osservare alle aziende i contratti”, dice.
Un passaggio anche sul vaccino russo Sputnik: “Resto convinto che non conti la nazionalità degli scienziati quanto la sua sicurezza ed efficacia. Cose che solo le nostre Agenzie regolatorie possono accertare. Mi aspetto comunque che Ema sia rapida nel decidere su Sputnik come sugli altri vaccini in arrivo”.
Il ministro parla anche delle scelte fiscali dell’esecutivo, sottolineando che “questo governo non farà la flat tax. Su questo Draghi è stato chiaro”. Sulla recente rottamazione delle cartelle, infine, ribadisce che “con la limitazione dei 30mila euro di reddito e dei 5mila dell’importo sanabile abbiamo respinto il tentativo di far passare un vero condono. Qui parliamo di un intervento mirato, lontano da quello che qualcuno pensava di fare”.
