Il leader della Lega, dopo aver criticato Conte, ha attaccato l’Unione Europea.
Su Twitter, infatti, ha scritto un doppio tweet:

Campomenosi, insieme a Marco Zanni, presidente del gruppo Id, ha affermato che i finanziamenti europei sono stati ingenti.
“Nel 2015 e nel 2019 la Commissione europea ha elargito rispettivamente 73.375 e 87.436 euro in favore dell’Istituto nell’ambito del programma di finanziamento per promuovere la ricerca Horizon 2020.“Inoltre un progetto per il controllo delle epidemie di virus, avviato il 1 gennaio 2020, starebbe finanziando l’Istituto con ulteriori 88.433,75 euro. Il programma Horizon 2020 prevede che la Commissione Ue controlli i partecipanti al progetto fino a due anni dopo il pagamento. In questo momento, su argomenti così delicati, è necessaria e obbligatoria la massima trasparenza”, hanno denunciato i due europarlamentari.
