Piano vaccini Italia – Sono 6 le categorie che verranno vaccinate prioritariamente nella seconda fase della campagna vaccinale anti-Covid.
La prima sarà quella dei soggetti “estremamente vulnerabili” per particolari patologie, indipendentemente dall’età. Lo prevede l’aggiornamento del piano nazionale vaccinazioni per Sars-Cov2.
Seguono, le persone tra 75 e 79 anni; tra 70 e 74 anni; persone con particolare rischio clinico dai 16 ai 69 anni; persone tra 55 e 69 anni senza condizioni che aumentano il rischio clinico. Persone tra 18 e 54 anni senza aumentato rischio clinico. Alle prime 5 categorie andranno i vaccini a mRna, alla sesta quello AstraZeneca.
Le patologie valutate come “particolarmente critiche in quanto correlate al tasso di letalità associata a Covid-19” sono soprattutto malattie respiratorie, cardiocircolatorie, condizioni neurologiche e disabilità, diabete ed endocrinopatie severe, fibrosi cistica, patologia renale, malattie autoimmuni, malattie epatiche e cerebrovascolari, patologia oncologica, sindrome di Down, trapianto di organo solido, grave obesità.
Potrà essere avviata “da subito”, in parallelo a quella dei soggetti prioritari dalla fase 1 (con i vaccini a mRNA), la vaccinazione dei soggetti di età tra 18 e 55 anni con il vaccino AstraZeneca, a partire dal personale scolastico e universitario docente e non docente, le Forze armate e di Polizia, i setting a rischio quali penitenziari e luoghi di comunità ed il personale di altri servizi essenziali, e a seguire il resto della popolazione.
