Paziente Covid dà fuoco all’ospedale – Un uomo ricoverato per covid in un ospedale di Cadiz, Spagna, ha scatenato il panico dopo aver incendiato il materasso in un tentativo di fuga. L’uomo, 63 anni, era ricoverato al sesto piano dell’ospedale universitario Puerta del Mar.
Apparentemente voleva approfittare della confusione per andarsene, ma è stato fermato mentre si trovava ancora all’interno dell’edificio, riferisce il quotidiano la Voz de Cadiz. Ora il paziente è piantonato in un altro nosocomio.
Secondo il giornale sembra che soffra di episodi di confusione mentale, dovute ad una grave condizione epatica già presente prima del covid.
L’intervento dei pompieri ha permesso di domare in fretta le fiamme. Non vi sono stati per fortuna feriti, ma sicuramente molto panico. Alcuni reparti sono stati evacuati, ma tutti i malati covid hanno trovato nuova sistemazione all’interno dell’ospedale.
