Il Comune di Torriglia (Genova), ha deciso di mandare i vigili a casa degli over 80 che non risponderanno alla chiamata per vaccinarsi contro il Covid. Lo fa “per avere la certezza che tutti sappiano di questa opportunità” e se confermeranno di non volersi vaccinare “i vigili raccoglieranno in modo formale la loro rinuncia“.
Lo annuncia all’ANSA il sindaco Maurizio Beltrami, che amministra una comunità di 2300 abitanti.
Non ti vaccini? Ecco cosa succede a Torriglia, ma il sindaco precisa: “Non è una forma di pressione”
“Non è una forma di pressione, ma di autotutela da parte del Comune“, precisa il sindaco di Torriglia.
“Il Comune di Torriglia sta telefonando a tutti gli over 80 per prenotare il vaccino e sta predisponendo un servizio di trasporto assistito all’ambulatorio Asl. Chi telefonicamente ci dirà che non vuol fare il vaccino, riceverà nei giorni successivi la visita della polizia locale con un modulo in cui è scritto che è stato informato sull’opportunità della vaccinazione e che l’ha rifiutata”.
“Non è una pressione – ribadisce il sindaco – ma un modo per il Comune di tutelarsi. Voglio evitare che un anziano, se si infetta, possa dire il Comune non mi ha informato e presenti una denuncia“.
