Multa coprifuoco – Nipote di un pezzo grosso nonché “stagista a Palazzo Chigi”: due motivazioni più che sufficienti, almeno nell’immaginario della protagonista della singolare vicenda, a far recedere dal loro intento gli agenti che la stavano multando a causa della violazione dell’orario di coprifuoco. In sintesi si tratta di uno dei più tipici “Lei non sa chi sono io”, una carta che la giovane sprovvista di autocertificazione ha tentato di giocare per sfuggire alla sanzione pecuniaria.
Stando alla ricostruzione fornita da RomaToday, la 25enne è stata sorpresa mentre camminava tranquillamente lungo via Leone IV nella notte tra domenica e lunedì scorsi. Sono all’incirca le 2:30, quando gli agenti del commissariato Prati, a bordo di una volante, fermano la protagonista della vicenda per chiedere dei chiarimenti sulle motivazioni che l’avevano spinta a violare il coprifuoco.
Invece di vedersi consegnare l’autocertificazione, tuttavia, i poliziotti si sono trovati a dover affrontare la reazione stizzita della giovane, particolarmente ostile oltre che infastidita dal controllo. La giustificazione di aver fatto tardi a casa di un’amica per completare un progetto lavorativo non è stata tuttavia sufficiente ad allontanare la grana. Dopo aver fornito agli uomini in divisa, suo malgrado, i documenti di identificazione richiesti, la ragazza ci ha tenuto fin da subito a mettere in chiaro le cose:“Lavoro come stagista a Palazzo Chigi”.

Evidentemente credeva che ciò sarebbe stato sufficiente ad irretire gli agenti. Visto che questi ultimi non parevano intenzionati a fare un passo indietro, la 25enne ha giocato un’altra carta, quella della stretta parentela con un pezzo grosso, un ufficiale delle forze armate. “Non sono una pischella qualunque, con me cascate male, state attenti”, ha intimato la giovane, sicura del fatto suo. “Per le mie competenze io sono al di sopra di voi, non potete fare quello che state facendo”.
Evidentemente, invece, i poliziotti sapevano benissimo cosa fare, dato che hanno provveduto ad infliggere alla stagista una multa di 400 euro per violazione del coprifuoco senza giustificato motivo. “Datemi i vostri nomi, io vi rovino”, avrebbe intimato la giovane sempre più infastidita dall’esito dei controlli, “Ti faccio perdere il posto di lavoro”. La preoccupazione per la contravvenzione è poi scemata, tanto, come ha dichiarato la stessa protagonista della vicenda, “paga Palazzo Chigi”.
Non sentendosi tutelata dagli uomini della polizia di Stato, la ragazza ha addirittura chiamato il 112 per chiedere l’intervento dei carabinieri. Agli agenti non è rimasto altro da fare che confermare la sanzione e denunciare la 25enne per le minacce subite. A questa potrebbe aggiungersi anche la denuncia per “procurato allarme”, per aver richiesto l’intervento dei carabinieri senza giustificato motivo.
