È una storia d’amore, di solidarietà che non conosce confini, quella di Lida e Leda Diligenti, 99 anni, sorelle gemelle, ex insegnanti elementari, agguerrite più che mai nella lotta contro il Covid-19 e pronte, come è nell’auspicio delle persone che stanno loro vicino, a spegnere insieme, ancora una volta, la centesima candelina.
A raccontarla è la professoressa Isa Brovedani, ex insegnante di inglese dell’istituto d’istruzione superiore “Il Tagliamento” di Spilimbergo e, soprattutto, da poco in pensione, una delle tante alunne e alunni, che sono state educate da una delle due storiche maestre. “Leda” racconta l’ex prof «è stata la mia maestra elementare dal 1963 al 1967, a Pradis di Sotto, e non ci siamo mai perse di viste, soprattutto negli ultimi vent’anni».
