Intervista Ricciardi – Walter Ricciardi, consigliere scientifico del ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza, alla trasmissione Un giorno da pecora su Rai Radio Uno. Ecco le sue parole riportate dall’edizione online di Repubblica:
“La situazione degli ospedali è drammatica più o meno in tutta Italia, in alcuni è addirittura tragica. Il sistema va al collasso se non si riescono a curare i pazienti che hanno altre malattie oltre al covid”.
“L’RT nazionale purtroppo è superiore ad 1, mi pare 1.2-1.3 come media – continua Ricciardi – Dei 21 criteri sono 4-5 i parametri veramente importanti: RT, numero assoluto, numeri positivi sulla popolazione, poi quante persone arrivano al pronto soccorso, arrivano in ospedale e vanno in terapia intensiva”.
“I dati su cui ci basiamo arrivano dalle Regioni – aggiunge Ricciardi – quindi se le Regioni li mandano tempestivamente, completamente e adeguatamente, le decisioni vengono prese sui dati reali. Se invece per qualsiasi motivo i dati vengono forniti in ritardo oppure sottostimati, è chiaro che fanno colorare in maniera un po’ diversa la regione. Generalmente, se i dati sono insufficienti, di un colore più basso”.
“Dovremo ritornare verdi . spiega il consulente del ministro – Saremmo tutti più contenti quando ritorneremo tutti verdi. Però in questo momento non c’è nessuna regione che può dichiararsi libera dal rischio di circolazione” del coronavirus. Si è scelto di identificare le fasce con i colori “perché è comprensibile a tutti”, spiega rispondendo alla domanda ironica “di che colore è lei?”, alla quale replica: “Io sono giallo“, stando nel Lazio. I colori “sono immediatamente comprensibili a tutti per capire la gravità della situazione”.
Resta dell’idea che “ci vorrebbe un lockdown a Napoli”. Ai conduttori che gli fanno notare come, con il nuovo Dpcm e l’ordinanza ministeriale che ne è seguita, la maggioranza del Paese sia ‘gialla’, Ricciardi risponde “sì, ma è una fascia comunque pericolosa – avverte – perché di fatto può peggiorare da un momento all’altro se non prendiamo misure. Faccio l’esempio di Napoli: è all’interno di una regione gialla che è la Campania, però già 2-3 settimane fa ho detto che andava chiusa”.
E anche oggi il docente di Igiene dell’università Cattolica ripete che “sicuramente l’area metropolitana di Napoli è già un’area a rischio, anzi i dati sono addirittura peggiorati. La Campania è in zona gialla perché è stata fatta una media sui dati regionali che poi bisogna vedere se sono tutti quanti confermati”. Ma Ricciardi ritiene che “bisogna invece estrapolare i dati a livello provinciale”.
Poi parla del Natale. “Mi immagino un Natale prudente. In alcune regioni, quelle messe meglio, ci può esser un po’ di mobilità ma sconsiglio cenoni affollati, dovremmo fare celebrazioni sobrie”.

A Napoli serve lockdown" is a little vanilla.
You could glance at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create news headlines to get people to open the
links. You might add a video or a pic or two to get people
interested about everything've got to say. In my opinion, it would bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
What i don't understood is actually how you are now
not really a lot more neatly-preferred than you may be right now.
You are very intelligent. You understand thus significantly when it comes to this
topic, produced me in my opinion believe it from a lot of various angles.
