Draghi alle Regioni – Il Consiglio dei ministri è stato convocato per mercoledì. Non è ancora stato comunicato l’ordine del giorno ma nella riunione potrebbe essere varato il nuovo decreto Covid. Quello attualmente in vigore copre il periodo delle vacanza di Pasqua, ed è in scadenza il prossimo 6 aprile.
Durante l’incontro di ieri tra Regioni e governo, in cui si è discusso di riaperture, il premier Mario Draghi ha detto che è presto per riaprire subito dopo le feste. Ancora per qualche giorno insomma potrebbe essere escluso il giallo dalla mappa colorata dell’Italia, per evitare gli spostamenti sia da un Comune all’altro sia da una Regione all’altra. “Bisogna cominciare ad aver di nuovo il ‘gusto del futuro’. Occorre uscire da questa situazione di inattività. Sono certo che, tutti insieme , raggiungeremo qualunque obiettivo. Questa è la mia certezza, non è una speranza né un pronostico”, ha detto parlando della possibilità di programmare le riaperture.
Il premier ha voluto poi lanciare un segnale di ottimismo sulla campagna vaccinale: “Per quanto riguarda le forniture dei vaccini per i prossimi mesi, la Commissione Ue ha assicurato che le dosi dovrebbero essere più che sufficienti per raggiungere l’immunità per il mese di luglio in tutta Europa”.
Nel suo intervento introduttivo all’incontro di ieri pomeriggio Draghi è tornato su una frase pronunciata in Parlamento nei giorni scorsi: “Soltanto attraverso un sincero rapporto di collaborazione tra Stato Regioni si riuscirà a vincere questa battaglia”.

“C’è il comune impegno ad assicurare non solo la sicurezza e la salute ma anche la ripresa dell’attività economica”, ha aggiunto. “Gli obiettivi prefissati per aprile e maggio, in riferimento alle forniture di vaccini e al numero delle vaccinazioni, pari al mezzo milione di vaccinati al giorno, non sembrano più così lontani”.
Draghi ha ribadito che lo Stato farà di tutto per rispondere alle esigenze delle Regioni, anche con riferimento al tema delle carenze di personale. “Questo è l’atteggiamento del Governo: aiutarvi a raggiungere gli obiettivi che sono di tutti noi”.
Ieri il ministro degli Esteri Di Maio ha detto che l’immunità di gregge si raggiungerà in Italia a settembre, spiegando che “entro agosto tutti quelli che lo vorranno saranno vaccinati. Mentre sul vaccino russo Sputnik ha detto che la questione “va affrontata da un punto di vista scientifico, nel pieno coordinamento Ue. C’è un agenzia in Europa preposta a valutare i prodotti? È lei che si deve pronunciare. Il motivo per cui abbiamo scelto di acquistare a livello centrale è perché questo ci permetterà di ripartire tutti insieme, evitando che un paese con più soldi compri più vaccini. Non possiamo agire singolarmente come stati o addirittura come singole regioni, dobbiamo necessariamente coordinarci: è molto importante per la ripresa comune dell’Ue e per il mercato unico”.
