Da Venezia a Padova – Sono usciti dal comune e dalla provincia per comprare le sigarette: sono stati stangati. È successo a quattro amici di Campolongo Maggiore che hanno pensato bene di andare in una tabaccheria di Codevigo, nel Padovano.

Una banale scusa che di fatto voleva giustificare una passeggiata fuori comune. Sfortuna per loro, all’altezza di via Vittorio Emanuele III sono incappati in un controllo dei carabinieri della locale stazione di Codevigo e per loro è scattata la multa per mancato rispetto delle restrizioni anti-Covid come disposto dal Governo.

Quando gli amici hanno visto sopraggiungere la pattuglia hanno tentato di defilarsi senza dare troppo nell’occhio, ma ormai i carabinieri li avevano notati e non c’è stata alcuna possibilità di evitare il controllo. È successo sabato attorno alle 17.30 in pieno centro. Per tre dei quattro amici, tutti quarantenni, la multa è stata di 400 euro, con la possibilità di pagare soltanto 280 euro entro 5 giorni. Per il quarto amico la sanzione è stata invece di 700 euro.

Durante gli accertamenti e l’identificazione del gruppetto di rivieraschi è infatti emerso che uno di loro lo scorso febbraio era già stato multato per assembramento all’esterno di un bar. La recidiva, per legge, implica un aggravamento della sanzione.

I quattro amici hanno provato a giustificarsi in tutte le maniere riferendo che non sapevano di queste restrizioni e di voler solo acquistare le sigarette per poi fare rientro a casa. Parziale giustificazione che di fatto non ha convinto i carabinieri in pattuglia e che non è bastata ad evitare i provvedimenti di legge. Ai quattro non è restato altro che far rientro a Campolongo Maggiore.
