Bassetti ottimista sulla situazione Covid in Liguria. Il Prof. Matteo Bassetti, direttore della Clinica di Malattie infettive dell’ospedale San Martino di Genova e componente della task force Covid-19 della Liguria, commenta su Facebook l’andamento dei contagi in Liguria:
“Ho appena finito il tradizionale briefing del venerdì con tutti i sanitari del mio team. La situazione qui alle Malattie Infettive del Ospedale Policlinico San Martino è decisamente buona: pochi nuovi ricoveri e moltissime dimissioni”.
“La occupazione dei posti letto qui è inferiore al 60%. Continua la fattiva e innovativa collaborazione tra Clinica Malattie Infettive e medici di medicina generale della Provincia di Genova”.
“Stiamo seguendo con una consulenza virtuale molti pazienti COVID a casa e quando hanno bisogno vengono direttamente ricoverati in ospedale senza passare dal Pronto Soccorso. Davvero un progetto utile per il sistema sanitario ligure. Oggi è stata anche occasione per guardare ai dati di Genova e della Liguria. Siamo la regione italiana con il numero più basso di casi per 100,000 abitanti (953) e con il minor incremento (10,1%)”.
“Anche la situazione ospedaliera e delle terapie intensive va costantemente migliorando. Poche settimane fa c’era qualcuno in malafede che diceva che i sanitari taroccassero i dati per farli sembrare migliori”.
“Spero si vergognino un po’….Oggi tutti i dati ci dicono che, anche questa volta, Genova e la Liguria hanno lavorato duro e, non senza fatica, hanno ottenuto risultati importanti e incontrovertibili sul COVID. Sono orgoglioso di fare parte della squadra regionale che ha ottenuto questi risultati consentendoci di primeggiare nuovamente in Italia”.
