ABV 2856, Nas dissequestrano lotto vaccini AstraZeneca: “Conformi”

ABV 2856 – Il dissequestro da parte dei Nas al lotto ABV 2856 dei vaccini AstraZeneca: ecco le motivazioni e quando erano stati sequestrati. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia e dal mondo aggiornate in tempo reale 24 ore su 24.

Sono scattate in tutto il territorio nazionale da parte dei Nas, le operazioni di dissequestro e restituzione dei vaccini AstraZeneca, lotto ABV 2856. Questi erano stati sequestrati a marzo su disposizione dell’autorità giudiziaria, a seguito della morte del sottufficiale della Marina Militare Stefano Paternò, in servizio presso la base navale di Augusta.

I vaccini sono stati ritenuti conformi. La procura della Repubblica di Siracusa, tra le prime in Italia ad avviare le indagini, a seguito dei responsi analitici pervenuti dal Rivm, Istituto nazionale per la salute pubblica e l’ambiente olandese e dal Centro nazionale per il controllo e la valutazione dei farmaci dell’Istituto superiore di sanità di Roma, ha emesso un provvedimento di restituzione, a firma dal sostituto procuratore Gaetano Bono, che dispone la revoca del sequestro e la restituzione ai centri vaccinali delle dosi di vaccino sequestrato.  

Le analisi, spiegano i Nas di Catania, “svolte in un contesto investigativo ad alto tasso tecnico e secondo coordinate scientifiche in costante aggiornamento e con l’interlocuzione di esperti”, hanno stabilito che i lotti attenzionati, oltre a essere corrispondenti per natura, caratteristiche e composizione con gli altri lotti di vaccino anticovid-19 analizzati, “rispecchiano pienamente i parametri qualitativi” e sono conformi al dossier di registrazione approvati dall’Ema, l’Agenzia europea per i medicinali.

Le dosi dissequestrate e restituite ai responsabili di ciascuna struttura sanitaria dove erano custodite nel pieno rispetto delle linee guida sulle modalità di conservazione per garantire la catena del freddo, saranno destinate nuovamente agli hub, per il normale ciclo vaccinale.
