Violenta la 13enne a cui dava lezioni – Ultime notizie da Bologna. È finito agli arresti domiciliari con un’accusa pesantissima: violenza sessuale aggravata nei confronti di una tredicenne.
Destinatario della misura cautelare, disposta dal gip Gianluca Petragnani Gelosi su richiesta del pm Massimiliano Rossi, è un anziano di 78 anni, ex insegnante oggi in pensione, che dal 2019 dava ripetizioni alla giovanissima, nel suo appartamento in zona San Donato.
Secondo gli inquirenti però dopo qualche tempo l’uomo avrebbe iniziato a importunare la piccola durante queste lezioni, prima palpeggiandola e poi obbligandola a rapporti sessuali.
Solo dopo oltre un anno la ragazzina è riuscita a trovare il coraggio di confidare gli abusi al papà e a una insegnante di scuola. Subito è scattata la denuncia e a seguito delle indagini portate avanti dalla Squadra mobile, l’uomo è stato arrestato.
