L’animale è stato preso in carico da una guardia zoofila e ricoverato in una clinica veterinaria. L’investitrice, rintracciata grazie alle telecamere di sorveglianza, ha inutilmente cercato di negare l’omissione di soccorso, illecito che diventerebbe di natura penale nel caso l’animale dovesse morire.
