Alla fine non ce l’ha fatta più ed è stata lei a chiamare la polizia per denunciare suo figlio, minorenne. Alla fine ha raccontato quello che in altre occasioni aveva taciuto: due anni di minacce e maltrattamenti subiti. Così il tribunale dei minori di Firenze su richiesta del sostituto procuratore della Procura Minorile Ersilia Spena, ha deciso che il minore doveva essere ospitato presso una comunità. Il ragazzino era già indagato in un’inchiesta a Siena, città in cui abita con la mamma, sulle baby gang.
Qui però non c’entrano i furti o le rapine che il gruppo di minorenni ha messo in atto lo scorso anno in città. E per i quali gli altri componenti della banda sono già stati collocati nelle varie comunità sparse in altre regioni italiane. Il ragazzo è stato, infatti, denunciato per i maltrattamenti di cui per due anni si è reso responsabile nei confronti della mamma.
La donna, ormai esasperata per l’atteggiamento prevaricatorio del figlio, aggressivo e irrispettoso delle regole tra le mura domestiche, ha avuto il coraggio di denunciare i suoi soprusi ai poliziotti della squadra mobile della questura.

Ha raccontato che il figlio, oltre a riempierla di offese, la spintonava (spesso rischiando di farla cadere) ogni volta che lei tentava di indirizzarlo per la strada giusta. O quando, semplicemente, non gli andava bene qualcosa, come quando lo rimproverava per fargli mettere in ordine la sua camera, completamente a soqquadro.
La molla che ha spinto la donna a rivolgersi alla polizia, si spiega in un comunicato, è scattata nell’attimo in cui ha compreso che il comportamento del figlio, oltre a mettere in pericolo la sua incolumità, avrebbe rischiato di danneggiare la sorellina più piccola, anch’essa sottoposta a vessazioni continue. Numerose sono state, infatti, le occasioni in cui il ragazzo, come ha riferito la donna, ha minacciato la piccola. Diceva che le avrebbe ammazzato il cagnolino se non avesse fatto ciò che lui le ordinava, come preparargli la merenda o fargli vedere la tv.
Questa è la sesta misura cautelare eseguita dalla Squadra Mobile, da gennaio ad oggi, nei confronti di altrettanti minorenni di Siena, tutti appartenenti alla baby gang già indagata.
