Riccardo Pica – Le clamorose dichiarazioni della mamma del giovane di 16 anni morto ad Acilia nel parco della Madonnetta. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia e dal mondo tutte le ultime news aggiornate in tempo reale.
“Riccardo non è morto facendo jogging: stava scappando”. A dichiararlo è stata Daniela Sallustri, la mamma di Riccardo Pica, il giovane di 16 anni morto lo scorso 26 febbraio nel parco della Maddonnetta di Acilia.
A ucciderlo, secondo i primi accertamenti, è stato un malore culminato in un arresto cardiaco. Provocato però – sempre secondo quando denunciato dalla madre del ragazzo a Repubblica – dallo sforzo della corsa unito a un enorme spavento, visto che Riccardo sarebbe fuggito da uno o più senzatetto che lo avrebbero minacciato con un’ascia.
A dirlo alla donna sarebbero stati gli amici di Riccardo, i primi a chiamarla per avvisarla di quanto era accaduto. E ora queste dichiarazioni sono al vaglio della polizia di Ostia, con il sostituto procuratore Francesco Minisci che ha aperto un fascicolo per omicidio colposo per ora a carico di ignoti. Un atto dovuto per compiere una serie di accertamenti, necessari per capire chi c’era nell’area verde la sera che Riccardo è morto, e a che cosa la sua morte sia effettivamente dovuta.
Riccardo Pica morto: fuggiva da un senzatetto?
Quello che è certo è che quella sera nel parco della Madonnetta, per anni fiore all’occhiello della Capitale e oggi abbandonato al degrado, con Riccardo c’erano alcuni amici che con lui avrebbero raggiunto l’ex centro sportivo che si trova nella parte più alta dell’area, una struttura fatiscente diventata rifugio di senzatetto e sbandati.
Proprio (almeno) un senzatetto, secondo quanto riferito alla donna dagli amici di Riccardo, sarebbe uscito dall’edificio brandendo un’accetta e minacciandoli, spingendoli a scappare. Una corsa di mezzo chilometro verso il cancello del parco che al ragazzo è costata la vita. E mentre gli investigatori raccolgono testimonianze e dichiarazioni, convocando nuovamente la mamma di Riccardo per ascoltarla, si riaccende il dibattito sulle condizioni in cui il parco si trova.
Parco della Madonnetta tra rischi e degrado, le associazioni: “Il Comune non ci ascolta”
“Nel 2015 è stata revocata la concessione al vecchio gestore del parco della Madonnetta – spiega Jacopo Innocenzi, presidente della consulta delle associazioni e comitati del X Municipio – Da allora la situazione è precipitata e c’è stata una lunga serie di atti vandalici, tra cui diversi incendi, che si sono aggiunti al degrado e alla vegetazione incolta. Nella parte alta del parco, dove Riccardo ha perso la vita, c’è un’ex struttura sportiva con una palestra e una piscina ormai in disuso in cui vivono stabilimente dei senzatetto”.
L’Associazione Salviamo il parco della Madonnetta, che da anni si batte affinché il polmone verde che si sviluppa su 21 ettari venga riqualificato, rincara la dose: “L’ex Punto Verde Qualità tanto decantato nelle passate amministrazioni è da 6 anni ormai senza concessione – tuonano – Roma Capitale nel 2015 ne ha ripreso il possesso ma non è stata in grado di vigilare sulle strutture all’interno del parco e é si è fatta carico della sua manutenzione, lasciandolo all’incuria e al degrado totale. Nulla sono servite le centinaia di denunce fatte alla Raggi e alle forze dell’ordine, sorde di fronte alle richieste di tutti i cittadini del quartiere”.
I funerali mercoledì
A oggi non risulta che sul corpo di Riccardo vi fossero segni di lotta o di violenza, anche se per averne conferma bisognerà attendere i risultati dell’autopsia eseguita ieri. E gli amici del ragazzo, pur sotto choc, non avrebbero riferito di aggressioni, ma solo di minacce – per quanto spaventose – e di un breve inseguimento.
In attesa di risposte, la famiglia di Riccardo si prepara a dagli l’ultimo saluto durante il funerale fissato per mercoledì mattina.
