In Italia, nel giorno di San Silvestro ci sono state le feste. Il nostro, d’altronde, è il Paese in cui “fatta la legge, trovato l’inganno”. Lo dimostra quanto segnalato da Selvaggia Lucarelli e accaduto a Padenghe sul Garda, in provincia di Brescia. Un resort di lusso ha organizzato un pranzo lungo nell’ultimo giorno dell’anno e dove sono saltate tutte le norme anti-contagio, in barba alla zona rossa.
Nessuna mascherina, zero distanziamento, musica e dj-set. La zona rossa fortemente voluta dal governo per cercare di arginare i contagi e scongiurare gli effetti disastrosi di una terza ondata di portata pari o superiore alla prima non è stata un deterrente abbastanza efficace. Le feste erano state vietate, tutte. A differenza della zona rossa standard, nella versione rafforzata delle festività anche i ristoranti degli hotel dovevano rispettare l’obbligo di chiusura, al pari di qualunque altro locale sul territorio.
L’obbligo, però, non vale per l’ora di pranzo. E quindi ecco che la struttura d’eccellenza sul Garda ha organizzato un pranzo di fine anno con inizio alle 13. Niente di illegale, se non fosse che il pranzo pare sia proseguito ben oltre l’orario consentito per legge. A chiedere l’intervento delle forze dell’ordine sono stati alcuni residenti in zona. Questi si erano insospettiti dal via vai di vetture. Alle 15, quando sono intervenuti gli uomini della Polizia locale, la situazione sembrava tranqilla nel resort, anche se 126 persone sono state identificate e multate per la violazione della zona rossa.
Ma il pranzo non si è interrotto ed è continuato fino a sera, come testimoniano i video condivisi sui social (visibili alla fine dell’articolo). A quel punto è dilagata la polemica da parte chi, rispettando il decreto, ha trascorso il capodanno in casa, al massimo con due persone non conviventi. A inasprire ulteriormente i toni della discussione anche l’invito fatto dalla struttura di non divulgare sui social le immagini del pranzo.

“Abbiamo organizzato un pranzo che si è protratto a lungo per i nostri ospiti fino a sera e qualcuno, a causa di qualche bicchiere di troppo, ha esagerato”, ha spiegato il direttore dell’albergo all’Ansa. “Capisco la rabbia delle persone che hanno visto i video e che hanno trascorso la giornata a casa in zona rossa. Abbiamo provato a intervenire in situazioni particolari, ma non è nemmeno facile imporsi con clienti che pagano tanto“, ha continuato, giustificando quanto visto nelle immagini che sono circolate sui social. In merito all’invito di non condividere nulla sui social, ildirettore su Facebook ha poi spiegato: “Un bicchiere tira l’altro… Per quanto riguarda i bigliettini sui tavoli, avevamo chiesto di non pubblicare video sui social perché — trattandosi di un resort di lusso — magari alcuni ospiti potevano non avere piacere di essere ripresi”.
