Una neonata di 40 giorni è arrivata in coma per arresto cardiorespiratorio all’ospedale di Lucca. Aveva tracce di metadone e cocaina nelle urine e per questo la madre è stata indagata dalla procura di Lucca.
Giovedì scorso, 11 marzo, intorno ore 23.30, è arrivata al pronto soccorso dell’ospedale di Lucca, accompagnata dai genitori lucchesi, una neonata di 40 giorni in fin di vita. I sanitari, vista la gravità della neonata, l’hanno trasferita subito l’ospedale di Pisa dopo aver acquisito le prime notizie dai genitori che hanno riferito di aver trovato la neonata nel lettino che respirava male. Il giorno dopo, venerdì 12 marzo, la squadra mobile della questura di Lucca, informata dell’accaduto, ha avviato l’attività investigativa.
La bimba nel frattempo era stata intubata e gli esami effettuati non avevano mostrato alterazioni tali da suggerire una possibile causa e non erano visibili elementi riconducibili a possibili eventi traumatici. A seguito degli accertamenti effettuati dagli investigatori alla neonata sono state effettuate le analisi delle urine alla ricerca di sostanze stupefacenti. Le analisi hanno fatto emergere un tasso di metadone pari a 1.644 ng\ml (si è positivi quando il dato è superiore a 100), mentre il tasso di cocaina era di 74 ng/ml (anche con la cocaina si è positivi quando il dato supera 100). È apparso evidente, quindi, che a fronte di un dato così elevato alla neonata sia stato somministrato metadone, è stato spiegato da fonti della questura. Inoltre gli accertamenti hanno permesso di apprendere che la mamma non allatta la bambina. Sulla base degli elementi investigativi è stata indagata la mamma della neonata.
