“E’ un lockdown vero e proprio. Il decreto Natale ha imposto nuove restrizioni per le festività, le persone rimarranno sole. Ma i giornali non ne parlano“.
Così all’Adnkronos il generale Antonio Pappalardo si esprime dopo il varo del decreto Natale.
“C’è un vecchio proverbio che dice ‘Natale con i tuoi, Pasqua con chi vuoi’. Questo a voler significare che le nostre tradizioni italiane prevedono di passare il santo Natale insieme, con i propri cari, con gli amici. Riunirsi una volta l’anno, perché durante l’anno siamo presi da tante attività e impegni. Ecco, il Natale era il momento dell’unione, del guardarci negli occhi, abbracciarci, condividere momenti, dell’emozionarci davanti al sentimento religioso. Ce lo hanno tolto“, aggiunge.
“Nemmeno in chiesa a Mezzanotte – prosegue – per attendere la nascita di nostro Signore potremo andare. Mi meraviglio che la Chiesa rimanga in silenzio dinanzi a tutto ciò, che resti zitta di fronte a questi provvedimenti insensati. Questo è un lockdown vero e proprio. E non porta nemmeno benefici, perché i morti e contagi i aumentano, nonostante restrizioni paurose. Siamo al secondo posto nel mondo come numero di vittime e casi in percentuale. Le misure adottate da Conte sono inutili e serviranno solo per aumentare la depressione del popolo. Ci sarà confusione, incertezza, disperazione, perdita dei valori sociali. A Conte non interessa, non è un politico, non può immaginarlo tutto ciò”.
Pappalardo sostiene che anche l’opposizione abbia grosse responsabilità. “Enormi, anche perché questa volta il governo è ricorso a un Decreto legge, cioè ha portato il provvedimento in Parlamento. Ci saremmo aspettati una grande opposizione – dice il leader dei Gilet Arancioni – forte e determinata. E invece si è limitata a correggerlo, laddove si parlava dei comuni (il decreto è stato approvato dal Cdm e pubblicato in gazzetta ufficiale. Non c’è stato passaggio parlamentare, ndr). Grazie a Meloni e Salvini che non vi siete opposti, la gente pretendeva un vostro impegno e non c’è stato nulla. Noi Gilet Arancioni siamo costernati per queste continue afflizioni, per queste continue imposizioni. E intanto i morti aumentano”.
