Frosinone – Abusa della figlia di un vicino di casa entrando di nascosto in casa passando per il balcone. un uomo di 48 anni residente a Frosinone è stato arrestato dalla Squadra Mobile della Questura di Frosinone, in esecuzione all’ordine di carcerazione a seguito della sentenza definitiva della Corte di Appello di Roma, per il reato di violenza se*suale aggravata in danno di minore.
I fatti risalgono al gennaio 2018, quando l’uomo, approfittando della temporanea assenza dei genitori di una undicenne, che abitava nel suo stesso palazzo, era riuscito ad entrare nel loro appartamento accedendo dal balcone, e aveva stuprato la bambina.

Le indagini presero avvio in seguito alla denuncia della madre, che aveva raccolto le confidenze della giovanissima figlia. Del caso si occuparono proprio gli investigatori della Squadra Mobile, che oggi hanno eseguito l’ordine di carcerazione. L’arrestato, già sottoposto alla detenzione domiciliare con l’applicazione del braccialetto elettronico, dovrà espiare una pena residua di 4 anni e 27 giorni.
Alla data della scarcerazione saranno inoltre applicate le misure interdittive della restrizione dei movimenti e della libera circolazione, nonché del divieto di avvicinarsi ai luoghi frequentati da minori o di svolgere lavori che prevedono contatti con minori.
