Didattica a distanza giga gratis – L’edizione online di Repubblica riporta la notizia riguardante la decisione dei gestori telefonici di escludere le piattaforme per le lezioni online dal consumo di dati previsto negli abbonamenti.
I principali operatori di telefonia mobile hanno ascoltato l’appello del governo e forniranno traffico gratis per la didattica a distanza. Da oggi, infatti, le studentesse e gli studenti potranno seguire le lezioni scolastiche online senza consumare il traffico dati degli abbonamenti ai telefoni cellulari.
I ministri dell’Istruzione, Lucia Azzolina, per le Pari opportunità e la famiglia, Elena Bonetti, dello Sviluppo economico, Stefano Patuanelli, e per l’Innovazione tecnologica e la digitalizzazione, Paola Pisano, hanno invitato infatti i principali operatori di telefonia mobile a identificare soluzioni che agevolino i ragazzi nel seguire le lezioni da remoto. Tim, Vodafone e Wind Tre hanno accolto l’invito ed escluderanno le piattaforme di didattica a distanza dal consumo di gigabyte previsto negli abbonamenti.
“Quando si affronta un’emergenza come quella che stiamo vivendo serve davvero il sostegno di tutti – ha detto la ministra dell’Istruzione Lucia Azzolina – Da marzo ad oggi lo Stato ha già investito oltre 400 milioni per il digitale a scuola. Iniziative come questa rafforzano l’impegno per supportare studentesse e studenti. Ringrazio chi ha aderito al progetto”.
