Caso Ciro Grillo – La procura di Tempio Pausania ha chiuso nuovamente le indagini che vedono Ciro Grillo e tre amici accusati di stupro di gruppo. I pm hanno aggiornato il secondo capo di imputazione: tre dei quattro indagati per violenza sessuale dovranno rispondere anche delle foto oscene scattate con l’amica della studentessa milanese abusata.
Tre immagini fatte, secondo i pm, da Ciro Grillo, Vittorio Lauria e Edoardo Capitta. In tutte le foto, la giovane stava dormendo. Accanto a questo materiale e ai racconti degli indagati risalenti ad aprile, i pm hanno depositato anche la testimonianza della madre della studentessa vittima del presunto stupro di gruppo.
Secondo quanto rivela il quotidiano La Verità, proprio la donna ha accompagnato la figlia a fare la denuncia nell’estate del 2019. Alle autorità ha fornito anche alcuni dettagli delle violenze subite dalla ragazza, affermando di aver notato il suo malessere nei giorni successivi al presunto stupro. “Ho provato più volte ad avere un confronto con mia figlia perché volevo capire cosa avesse” ha spiegato alle forze dell’ordine.
“Mia figlia era andata insieme alla sorella e un’amica al Billionaire. Si sono uniti ai ragazzi genovesi per abbattere i costi del tavolo – ha continuato la madre della ragazza -. L’idea di andare a casa di uno di loro è arrivata a fine serata, quando il gruppo ha diviso lo stesso taxi delle ragazze per risparmiare sul viaggio”.
