Il presidente del Consiglio Giuseppe Conte ha annunciato che, accanto al meccanismo del cosiddetto cashback (il rimborso del 10% delle spese tracciabili), arriverà anche un super premio “fino a 3mila euro” ai primi 100mila cittadini che avranno passato più volte le carte per i pagamenti
Il premier in un’intervista a La Stampa ha dichiarato che “i 100mila cittadini che useranno maggiormente la carta – cioè che faranno più transazioni a prescindere dalla cifra spesa – avranno un rimborso di 3.000 euro l’anno. Inoltre, ci saranno fino a 50 milioni di euro in palio con la lotteria degli scontrini, solo per chi usa la moneta elettronica”
Il piano cashless del governo italiano per combattere l’evasione fiscale e ridurre l’uso del contante a favore di pagamenti tracciabili si arricchisce dunque di questa nuova iniziativa. Il nuovo incentivo, ribattezzato “super-cashback”, andrà a sostituire il vecchio “bonus Befana” e potrà tradursi in un rimborso del valore fino a 3mila euro su dodici mesi.
Per questo meccanismo conterà il numero di operazioni e non la cifra, per cui cinque caffè equivarranno a cinque borse di lusso. Lo hanno precisato fonti vicine al governo.
Sempre fonti di governo hanno precisato che il 10% di cashback, cioè il rimborso del 10% degli acquisti effettuati con moneta elettronica, avrà un massimale di spesa di 3mila euro, con un rimborso cashback massimo di 300 euro. A riportara la notizia è l’edizione online di Sky Tg 24.
