Bassetti denuncia cosa gli sta succedendo. “Ieri ho passato buona parte della mattina in Questura a Genova per denunciare chi mi minaccia di morte sui social”. Matteo Bassetti, direttore della Clinica di Malattie infettive dell’ospedale San Martino di Genova e componente dell’Unità di crisi Covid-19 della Liguria, è passato alle vie legali dopo gli attacchi on line ricevuti per settimane.
Il medico è stato vittima di minacce sui social network dopo un acceso scambio di battute in televisione con un medico negazionista. Tanto che nei giorni scorsi la Prefettura ha disposto, a sua tutela, un servizio di “vigilanza dinamica”: le forze dell’ordine terranno sotto controllo i luoghi maggiormente frequentati dal medico.
“Non ho paura delle minacce – ha aggiunto Bassetti – Ma non nascondo che sia ieri sera sia il giorno prima, quando sono uscito dall’ospedale, mi sono guardato intorno”.
