Galli contro Draghi – “Draghi non ne ha azzeccata una”. Il giudizio di Massimo Galli sull’operato del Governo è tranchant. In un’intervista su Il Fatto Quotidiano, il direttore delle Malattie infettive al “Sacco” di Milano mette in allarme sulle possibile conseguenze delle riaperture pianificate dal 26 aprile.

“Il punto è che con l’annuncio di venerdì è stato dato un messaggio di “liberi-tutti” che proprio non ci potremmo ancora permettere. Almeno fino a una migliore copertura dei settantenni con la prima dose e degli ottantenni con la seconda. Mi sembrano obiettivi ancora lontani”.

Galli contro Draghi, le parole al Fatto Quotidiano

Massimo Galli giudica troppo entusiastici i toni utilizzati per parlare di ripartenze. E avverte:

“A me piacerebbe tantissimo far parte della schiera che pensa l’Italia sia messa benissimo, ma purtroppo non è così. Temo la diffusione dell’infezione. Abbiamo per mesi giocato coi colori e in Sardegna abbiamo recentemente visto il risultato più impietoso passando in pochissimo tempo dal “bianco” al “rosso”. E ora eccoci qui a dare un segnale di riapertura generalizzata mentre le infezioni attive nel Paese sono tra il mezzo milione e il milione. E queste sono stime conservative: non tutti i positivi fanno il tampone e scoprono di esserlo”.

Sui vaccini:

“Da qui al 26 aprile al trotto attuale avremo tre milioni e mezzo di nuovi vaccinati a esagerare, quindi 17 milioni in tutto. Il che significa non arrivare neppure a trenta dosi ogni cento persone. Per capirci, nel Regno Unito sono a sessanta dosi ogni cento persone. E risultati importanti si ottengono quando vengono superate le cento dosi ogni cento persone perché vuol dire che si è già partiti con i richiami”

Su Astrazeneca in particolare, riflette, “abbiamo avuto un allineamento passivo su posizioni internazionali che non ci potevamo permettere visto lo stato della diffusione del contagio in Italia”.
