Se lo augura Marco Carta, cantante uscito dalla scuderia di Amici che ha fatto coming out nel 2018 quando la sua relazione con il fidanzato era già solida e durava da 5 anni. La scelta di uscire allo scoperto è nata perché entrambi avessero la possibilità di vivere apertamente il loro amore, senza doversi nascondere. Ha atteso a lungo Marco prima di raccontarsi, lo ha fatto nel timore di perdere il sostegno di quanti lo seguivano:

Non mi è mai interessato presentarmi al Muccassassina urlando: “Sono gay”. Volevo solo vivere con normalità il mio rapporto.

Il matrimonio con Sirio, suo compagno da 7 anni

Ma gli anni in cui gli era impedito di vivere alla luce del sole la relazione con Sirio sono alle spalle. Adesso il cantante sogna di sposare il compagno, accanto a lui da 7 anni: “Mi piacerebbe molto sposarmi, e di certo lo farò. Prima, però, vorrei si esaurisse l’emergenza sanitaria. Vorrei ricordarmi il giorno delle mie nozze per tutta la vita, festeggiare con gli amici e una serenità che sia vera e totalizzante”.

Una volta coronato il sogno delle nozze, Marco intende diventare padre: “Trovo triste che in Italia una coppia omosessuale non possa avere un figlio. L’utero in affitto è una pratica molto lontana dallo spirito ecclesiastico che ha l’italiano, e lo capisco. Però, ci sono migliaia di bambini che crescono senza genitori, in orfanotrofi. Mi chiedo perché non dar loro due papà. Trovo uno spreco che delle creature così piccole siano lasciate marcire in posti senza amore”. E ha aggiunto:

È tremendo. Io sono cresciuto senza un padre, e mia madre è morta che avevo dieci anni. Sono andato a vivere con i miei nonni, allora, e non mi è mai mancato l’amore. In istituto, ti danno da mangiare, ti danno da bere. Non ti danno amore. L’amore non si compra. Mi piacerebbe adottare e mi piacerebbe mettere al mondo un figlio con un utero in affitto, nome tremendo per questa pratica. Non la trovo disumana, se all’origine c’è l’atto consapevole e compassionevole di una donna, che decide di aiutare un amico, un familiare, un estraneo. Lo sfruttamento, quello e solo quello, è da condannare.

Coppie gay e adozione, la sentenza della Cassazione

In Italia la Legge n. 184 del 1983 consente l’adozione piena solo ai coniugi uniti in matrimonio, che l’ordinamento italiano consente solo tra persone di diverso sesso. La legge Cirinnà ha riconosciuto le unioni civili omosessuali, equiparandole al matrimonio, ma in riferimento alle adozioni ha specificato che “resta fermo quanto previsto e consentito in materia di adozione dalle norme vigenti”.  L’adozione completa, cosiddetta legittimante, non è ancora consentita alle coppie gay benché una recente sentenza apripista delle Nazioni Unite abbia legittimato il riconoscimento delle adozioni avvenute all’estero da parte delle coppie omosessuali. Ancora una volta, è stata la giurisprudenza a intervenire in attesa dell’intervento del legislatore, un intervento sollecitato a più riprese dalla Corte Costituzionale. Resta  non consentita la pratica della maternità surrogata.
