Scuola al pomeriggio per evitare gli assembramenti sui bus. E’ la soluzione immaginata dal presidente dell’Emilia-Romagna e della conferenza delle Regioni Stefano Bonaccini, che avverte: “In Emilia-Romagna non ci sono piu’ autobus da mettere in strada per ridurre il carico di studenti che vanno e tornano da scuola”. Il portale ufficiale regioni.it, riporta come nei giorni scorsi era trapelata l’ipotesi di lasciare a casa i ragazzi delle superiori con la didattica a distanza, l’ipotesi alternativa illustrata da Bonaccini: “entrate ed uscite da scuola scaglionate, sfruttando tutta la giornata, in maniera da diluire il numero degli studenti sui mezzi pubblici”.
“La capienza all’80% dei mezzi pubblici, che nelle ore di punta si fa fatica a gestire e controllare – ha spiegato oggi Bonaccini a L’aria che tira, su La7 – è legata al fatto di dover mandare a scuola e far tornare a casa i ragazzi per chi non può permettersi di portarceli”.
Insomma il problema è l’entrata e l’uscita da scuola più o meno tutti nello stesso orario. Quindi: “se la curva aumenta e ci fosse la necessità di prendere ulteriori provvedimenti, piuttosto che lasciare a casa i ragazzi, visto che la gran parte dei cittadini ci chiede ci continuare la scuola in presenza, sarebbe meglio se si dilatassero gli orari su tutta la giornata, quindi mattino e pomeriggio“.
Su questo, risponde poi Bonaccini, “la decisione spetta al Governo, magari provando a condividerla con le Regioni. Usare piu’ autobus? Noi di autobus qui non ne abbiamo praticamente più. Abbiamo aggiunto centinaia di corse quotidiane, quindi o qualcuno ci fa arrivare altri autobus oppure facciamo fatica”.
