Giornata chiave per il prossimo DPCM. Previsto un vertice tra Governo e Regioni sul provvedimento governativo da emanare con le misure per Natale.
Con i ministri Roberto Speranza e Francesco Boccia sono collegati i governatori e i rappresentanti di Upi e Anci.
Il nuovo testo dovrà essere approvato il 4 dicembre per regolamentare le festività. Le Regioni chiedono trasparenza nelle decisioni e la chiusura dei confini delle regioni alpine in modo da evitare la fuga dei nostri concittadini per andare a sciare nei paesi dove gli impianti resteranno aperti.
Nel pomeriggio Conte e Speranza incontreranno i capigruppo di maggioranza in vista del nuovo Dpcm con le misure di contrasto al contagio da Covid-19.
Il coprifuoco notturno, che oggi è in vigore in tutta Italia dalle 22 alle 5, verrà probabilmente allungato alle 6.
Tra le misure c’è lo stop allo spostamento tra Regioni, comprese quelle che sono entrambe zona gialla. Impossibile, dunque, raggiungere le seconde case fuori Regione dopo l’inizio del periodo natalizio, mentre sarà sempre garantito il rientro alla propria residenza o domicilio.
Per la cena del 24 e il pranzo di Natale si raccomanda di festeggiare solo con i conviventi, mentre il 25 e il 26 dicembre i ristoranti rimarranno chiusi anche nelle zone gialle. Vietato ogni tipo di festa in locali pubblici o privati, con i sindaci che potranno chiudere strade o piazze se lo riterranno opportuno.
La riapertura delle scuole superiori sarà quasi certamente rimandata al 7 gennaio, sembra sempre più difficile pensare che le scuole superiori possano ripartire la prossima settimana per poi fermarsi di nuovo per Natale. Le scuole medie resteranno in presenza fino alla terza media in zona gialla e arancione, fino in prima invece in zona rossa. La novità dell’ultim’ora è la presenza dei prefetti che dovranno mettere d’accordo le aziende di trasporto locali, dirigenti scolastici e sindaci, affinché i rientri a scuola siano gestiti evitando assembramenti al suono della campanella sì, ma anche sui mezzi di trasporto pubblici, dunque bus, tram e metropolitane. In sede di conferenza dei servizi il prefetto in accordo con il provveditore scolastico, il sindaco e le aziende di Tpl decideranno in ogni provincia anche lo scaglionamento di orari di entrata e di uscita dalle scuole.
Per quanto riguarda le funzioni religiose: le celebrazioni sarebbero autorizzate, anche il 24 e il 25 di dicembre, ma fino alle 22.
