Nuova ordinanza De Luca 14 ottobre – Oggi 14 ottobre 2020, quando la Campania ha registrato il record di positivi in 24 ore, il presidente della regione Vincenzo De Luca ha firmato l’ordinanza numero 78 che recepisce il nuovo Dpcm con ulteriori misure per la prevenzione e gestione dell’emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19. Ecco il testo pubblicato da Il Mattino:
“All’esito dell’entrata in vigore del nuovo Dpcm le attività dei ristoranti, pizzerie, pub, vinerie e simili sono consentite fino alle 24 con servizio al tavolo e fino alle 21 in assenza di servizio al tavolo”.
“Per i bar, gelaterie, pasticcerie ed esercizi similari è disposto l’obbligo di chiusura dalle 23 alle 05 del giorno successivo, nei giorni dalla domenica al giovedì, ma con attività consentite fino alle 24 con servizio al tavolo e fino alle 21 in assenza di servizio al tavolo”.
“Lo svolgimento di sagre e fiere è consentito solo in forma statica e con postazioni fisse», mentre «è confermata la vigenza del protocollo per le attività di wedding e cerimonie con obbligo di nomina dei responsabili di sala e cucina per il rispetto delle norme anti-Covid”.
“L’attività di jogging, invece, è soggetta alla limitazione oraria dalle 6 alle 8:30 ove svolta sui lungomari, nei parchi pubblici, nei centri storici e comunque in luoghi non isolati”.
Mentre ai gestori delle sale gioco e scommesse è fatto obbligo: “Di consentire l’ingresso nei locali di esercizio soltanto previa disinfezione delle mani con soluzioni idroalcoliche e misurazione della temperatura corporea”.
“Vietando l’ingresso ove essa risulti superiore a 37,5 gradi, di limitare la presenza dell’utenza all’interno dei locali in modo tale da garantire il rispetto di un distanziamento minimo di 1,5 metri tra le persone; e di adottare ogni misura, anche organizzativa, volta a scongiurare ogni assembramento anche all’esterno, pena la sospensione dell’attività e le ulteriori sanzioni previste”.
